Note that the 2000 PPM is the weakest formulation they have -- if you have sensitive skin, absolutely start with this before upgrading to the 7500 or 25000. You may not be able to handle it as the spicules actually create micro-abrasions in your skin.

I have the 7500 one--the stronger version. I'm not sure if I would repurchase it. I think it you have issues with pores and/or oily skin AND skin that's not too sensitive it could be a great "add-on" exfoliant. But the science on spicules isn't 100%--though it's persuasive. It is pretty clear that you need to massage this stuff in for about 5 min to get full benefit.

If you are gonna use something like this, why not just go with retinoids like tretinoin or tazarotene which are more studied and actually proven to be effective?
Tret/taz can be purchased online without prescription for very low prices if you know where to look.

For regular tretinoin gel, search "a ret gel" on Amazon. The $8~$9 ones with 70+ reviews or 100+ bought per month are all legit.
For microsphere tretinoin or tazarotene, you need to purchase from an online Indian pharmacy. Alldaychemist and Premiumrxdrugs are the most popular and trusted ones. Both are operated by the same company. They also sell regular tret, but it's cheaper and faster to just buy those from Amazon.

Tretinoin is a 1st generation retinoid.
Microsphere tretinoin is an improved formulation of Tretinoin.
Tazarotene is a 3rd generation retinoid. It's considered more potent and effective than Tretinoin.

I have tried all 3. Tazarotene is definitely the best in my experience. Less irritation and faster results.
Do your own research. r/tretinoin/ is a good starting place.

I currently use Tretinion .05% for my face and hair growth (with minox). I think research shows 0.5% is the best concentration for this.
Does Tazarotene 0.1% still have better results than Tretinion 0.5%?
