If you look at the images, the arms (the important part) can only hold 200 lbs ea

I would have rolled my eyes at this 20 years ago when I was at my peak into powerlifting. Now I'm 51. 1. Have been beaten up by injuries, surgeries, cancer, and just life in general. If this helps anyone stay active in any way, I say go for it and that it's money well spent.

If only these had the neutral grip. Otherwise very solid deal! Can't believe how low barrier to entry it is to build a home gym.

Better off getting a power cage and barbell to bench as it's more versatile. Unless you have the room for this but your limited to flat bench and Viking press it seems.
