I'm unsure where you see RAM for $200 for 32gb of DDR5 4800, but when I look around the market price of just the ram seems to be around $300 ish. That's like the system is free with the purchase of the ram hah.... crazy days.

The first thing i would do: log in using microsoft account, after it "remember" the hardware, make a flash drive and re-make the system using clean download from microsoft. After that, reset microsoft account password.
