I didn't buy these, but I bought a different pair that were just under $11. I thought they were surprisingly nice for that price.

Super comfy, true to size, plenty room. I bought several pairs of thee type Avia at Christmas time. All similar $10 /12 bucks. Great for around the house, put house shoes to shame for me. I don't run or cross country so should last a season or two. If they weren't lime I'd buy these in a minute.

Is it comfy for only an hour then just not comfortable after that?

They're pretty comfortable. I walk a few miles a day in them with no issues.Build quality seems pretty good but only time will tell how long they'll last but definitely worth the money.

I've been wearing Avia's for decades. Fortunately for me, they fit my feet very well. I would even say slightly better form fitting, supportive, than popular name brands. I forget where I used to buy them, but then they stopped carrying Avia's. So I wore other brands for a number of years. So glad that Walmart is carrying Avia. There has been no shoe that I wear daily, cheap or expensive, that lasts more than 2 years. So the money math is really easy. Less than $50 for three pair of shoes.

I agree. For just regular shoes for doing light workouts or everyday wear, they are great. If you're a marathoner or serious runner, you'd probably want something a little better. But Avia's work great for 80-90% of uses.

There are several other colors for same price for $9.99 on Walmart app/website. I see green, blue, black/green etc.
