Why do people post stuff like this? Is it spam bots, paid advertising or is someone actually just really excited about saving $5 on an extremely niche cupholder.

Well I for one have a 1992 Saab 900 turbo converible classic with tan interior that doesn't have cup holders, this will work for this. And saved me 5 bucks, which I'm excited about. How does that make you feel?

There are metal options available. These are cheaply made and don't expand enough.

I bought these recently for my jon boat, seems to work fine. We'll see how they hold up to the salt and sun.
