It leaked again.I might actually get this to replace the one that broke. Three years isn't horrible and stuff happens.

There is a filter. Use it. I also use distilled water and there are humidifier cleaning drips that I use.

I find it a decent product. The scent feature is not great but it's something. It does spit out good mist, tho.

Hooks up to Alexa. On and off by humidity.

how much build up of hard water is there? how much cleanup do you need to do regularly to keep it going? do you use distilled water all the time?

I have hard water and a smaller Dreo. I didn't clean the humidifier after last winter and it didn't work this winter. But i'll say Dreo's customer service is as good as it gets. They sent me a new and better one even though it was probably my fault for not cleaning it.

Skip this listing from Walmart, this model isn't Alexa compatible like it's advertising, I returned mine immediately. Get the hm713s model from Amazon

I was going to buy this, but it looks like they already raised the price, and I'm also trying to avoid these types of cheap chinese brands. I think Vicks makes a decent humidifier. At least Vicks is an American company.
