There are hundreds of these that are very similar. I got a different brand and was sorely disappointed. They barely strap on your knee, the vibrating sucks, and you can get better heat from any old heating pad.
Now every time I see one of these I click on it, see it's basically the same style, and I steer clear. YMMV.

This is a paid ad with barely any reviews. I'd stay away

From Amazon pricing history : Over the past 30 days, the CooCoCo Knee Massager has ranged from $36.99 to $65.99. The current price of $59.99 is $23 higher than the lowest price but $6 lower than the recent peak of $65.99.

I don't think "vibration" should be described as a "massage".

Same here, they are flimsy and do not fit very well.

I picked up one of these a few months ago and love it. My brand was Zdatt. Looks like it's $40 right now.

Also has a shoulder strap which I've used for my shoulder too. Not as good on the shoulder as the knee, but still nice. Great after a strong workout.

While it has lots of settings, I really only alternate between two. I almost always have the heat on as well.

I have a different type; but basically they all suck. This isn't going to do much, if anything at all besides providing a placebo effect.

Try a TENS device. This thing is just a ridiculous vibrator.
