no, that's what they rate peak power delivery, i didnt see actual capacity rating, but these usually avg 10-26.8mah but usually, if u even use 1/2 battery to start the car, you have a larger issue

They're asking about a specific function. Some of these have a safety feature that tells them not to work if they don't detect a charge (I think they have a threshold of around 2v). A "boost" function overrides that safety features, allowing you to jump a completely dead battery.

Most likely about 12000mAh based on the ratio on their other products. Walmart deal yesterday was better. It was 23800mAh
