I've been pretty happy with deeplee petg but the $9.99 price (without prime) is not uncommon. So it's a kind of meh deal.

It was an addiction when i was learning with a modded ender 3 pro i got for free, but now that i have p2s it's more like bankruptcy and a waste of time.

Is 3D printing of any use to the average person? I watched some YouTube videos on how to use it for beginners and all they made was a little boat and other figurines. I'm thinking I don't need to make any of that crap.

I'm not convinced they don't reproduce on their own...

If you don't see a use for it you are good. If you want some ideas for inspiration browse makerworld.com and printables.com

I looked about the only thing that looked interesting was a pair of running shoes. Is that something anyone could do, or you need a bazillion dollar machine and years of experience?

I've never tried. You will need a little experience for that. If you aren't otherwise intrigued skip it I guess.

I've gotten the printer - now to browse more makerworld. But no more toner deals - I have 150kg (PLA, TPU, PETG - a little of everything - my P1s won't like it too much!)

Have you made anything that you use, and not just stick on a shelf and look at?
