Well, here is what I do to get a sense of it's not someone that has a known reputation. 1. I went to the WMT listing and clicked I the seller to see what all they have for sale2. They have a lot of fragrances for sale (and a couple of other random items). Given all the fragrences, I think that's a plus. Also I reviewed their prices in some known fragrances and they were pretty much in line with most discounters. 3. They have a telephone number listed. If you're inclined, call them. 4. Google search their name and if anyone has bought from them. Reddit folks are constantly posting about discount sellers. All of this I described takes about 5 minutes or so. If anything is worrisome, don't buy. Although Walmart may have a good policy of refunding fake items.

Be careful with walmart. I have received fake perfumes before. It's very seller dependent. Good thing is that walmart did give a full refund.
