My one little nitpick is with how the included thermal pad works. The included thermal pad is supposed to bridge the gap between the ssd and the wall of the enclosure, effectively using the enclosure itself as the heat sync. The mounting point slides out, where you then install the ssd and apply the included thermal pad, and then slide the mounting point back in. But when you slide the enclosure back in there's no way to properly press the thermal pad against the wall of the enclosure, making the thermal pad far less effective.
It's still probably helping, and most ssd's don't need all that much cooling, so again, it's just a nitpick and overall I like the product. I have a samsung 980 pro 1TB in mine and generally I'm limited by the usb ports of my devices more than the enclosure itself.
