anyone know I need to active the esim right away? Can I purchase and wait a month or two before I active it?
60 days appears to be the wait before activation for a physical sim. This same product is sold on Amazon and a statement reads "..we'll provide an instruction manual. After your purchase, simply fill out the form, and you'll receive your SIM card number via email within 24-48 hours. b. Activation: Plan can be activated with-in 60 days of purchase"

Check the price of a renewal at infimobile. When it was $60 I was able to renew at that price and my plan doesn't expire till may of this year...now extended into the next.
When I check my acct, it says i'm on month 7 of 12. When I click on auto renew, a dialog pops up showing $15. I'm assuming this is $15 / mo.

How did you get your $60 / yr via renewal?

How is service ? Currently with red pocket annual which is ending in Feb
I had prior experience with Red Pocket, Mint, and US Mobile, and Infimobile is as good as the best of those, and better than some of them, especially Mint. I understand their customer service isn't as good, but I haven't needed to use it. Their app/site used to be useless for tracking how much data is remaining for the month, but in the last 3 months they've fixed that .

Is there an extra charge for using hotspot or is it included free in the 5Gb data? After the 5Gb data is depleted, does it throttle down speed or is it a hard data stop? Thanks.
UPDATE: Just found out hotspot is a $5/mo add on.

Unsure about using ebay to extend. But with the website I did last year, it added so much taxes and fee. I think I ended up paying $42.😕

Works ok for kids. If you ever need a eSim to eSim move they might charge $11 or so. An Apple pSIM to eSIM worked but the phone had issues and the next eSIM to eSIM costs a bit.

Also they count months as 30 days. Not a calendar month. Bit silly.

The RedPocket plan I use on a spare phone does the same. It's kind of annoying and harder to track.

I had Tmobile for like 10 years and AT&T for a few years on my second phone for work. Then I moved on to Infimobile. Short answer: They all suck, each has their big problems like bad signals in different places, but hey infimobile is a fraction of the price, and it's equally bad, so it is the clear winner

Anyone can chime in on Port In/Out experience with this carrier? Don't want to lose my permanent number if the CS is incompetent or not up to par...

So this renews at $180/year or $60/year?
