can confirm. Ordered a couple of "brand new" and "unused" Galaxy Buds last week. Both of them arrived used and with earwax and hair.

As others have stated, might be risky purchasing directly from their website. I've ordered an Apple Watch from them a few years ago via their eBay store and it was as described (like new) so they'll probably be on their best behavior selling stuff on eBay because of protections and the money back guarantee.

Ordered a "new" air purifier that I received last week. Item arrived dirty, parts missing, dust packed filters and full of someone's hairs. Nasty seller, I really dont know how they are allowed to continue to operate.

Nope, I bought the item off Ebay and received it last week, check the reviews on ebay, just dont think this company cares.

Received them today and they were both sealed and came in a Walmart box so I think the were old stock from there

Well mine arrived & I lucked out, actually new, I wouldn't have bought from them if I would have read a single review, probably would still hesitate to -- but eh, thanks for the post yo!

Yup, bought some AirPod pro claiming open box but it has tons of scratches and dirt. Definitely looks used rather than open box
