$9.99 is the regular price for this set of screw drivers. I have purchased twice at $8.99 with a dollar off coupon. So don't get screwed.

These go down to $6.99 during lightning deals. They raise them to $12.99 for a little while to pad Amazon's pricing stats. But, these are a decent set. The normal $10 "sale" price is still a good price. I've had Kobalt's tips break with these tips, but this set surprises me every time I've used them. I still prefer the 100% steel sets without these softer tips. Mine arrived with several that were barely magnetized, but several strokes off of a old 15" speaker magnet, and they're very magnetized now.

I need a good set of screw drivers in the garage that will last a lifetime. Does any one have any recommendations? I don't do anything major but do occasionally work on my cars and other DIY projects here and there.
