Checked out the Accentums. SQ is probably better, but as a heavy Apple device user it made better sense to try out the Beats.

They look nice, but for whatever reason I can't pull the trigger on this. I went with the Bose QuietComfort certified refurbished for $129.99.

I think it's because people said the sound quality is bad and the ear cups sit directly on the ear which may be uncomfortable.

got the accentum, JBL 770 and then these came this weekend. I kept the Beats, the had the best Bass and by far the best build quality , just felt solid, not plasticky. Now they do not have the best ANC or multi switching but they do the job for me , I like these alot and with the Amazon warranty and price I am happy

Can you confirm if the 1-year Applecare Warranty also shows up for the Beats?

Mine came two weeks ago. They had a month left of AppleCare. The build quality and sound isn't bad. I bought them to be able to share audio from an AppleTV without using earbuds (AirPods) and not spend $400 (AirPods Max). They work, but they aren't too comfortable. These are supposed to be over ear, but they are only over ear if you have small ears and a small head (maybe average?). They sit on my ears. Only over ear headphones I've ever had this issue with

This is by far the most comfortable I have ever had. Headphone comfort is very personal based on your shape of ear.
