These might work great for cutting off 3D printed supports that won't come off the normal way... I'll bite!

Is it normal for these to be bought by the 6-pack? I'm guessing that the supply chain for these is just a byproduct of electronics manufacturing, but while these have always looked potentially handy to me, I have yet to get into a situation where I wanted to actually buy one. This leaves me with the impression that they're single-use.

Also, I can't imagine this is actually true:

If you use these for wire/metal of any kind they wear out pretty quickly. Usually if you're using them for actual work they wear out within a week or two.

Certainly quite wasteful, but standard practice is to chuck the dull ones and move onto another pair given how cheap they are.

Easier just to buy a new 3D printer.

How wrong is it that I first read this as "flesh cutters?"
How doubly wrong is it that I was disappointed that it was not actually "flesh cutters?"

I'm with you..."ValueMax" doesn't sound like an inspired quality American made brand. But at least it's not some nonsense word like "Vakargojin".

Sadly they don't come with 3D printers anymore.

They are sharp enough to be flesh cutters, if that's your thing,

For me, these are essential tools for trimming the tail off of zip ties without out leaving an extra sharp nub sticking out that will badly slice your arm.

That's exactly what I use them for.. the zip ties, not the flesh. Smilie
I've come to appreciate these a lot more than regular snips.. they're faster and more precise.

Before I retired, I was foreman for an electrical contractor who did lots of work at Intel. We used zip ties by the 1000. I ordered flush cutters for all of my crew specifically to use them on zip ties. Most other foreman did as well.
