I bought one similar to this because I'm a biker and this winter has been too snowy and cold to bike. However for $15-29 more my seat comes with a back and handles, sensors to tell my pulse and a screen to tell me time and distance.

If you can't do bodyweight squats, a knock off TRX system (training straps) are much more versatile and much much smaller..
