This seems like a better version of the K1 Intex inflatable sit-in kayak I have. It is a little more expensive, but looks like it will be easier to inflate, and will be more comfortable. I am around 6'3", and the sit-in is a tight fit. This is likely easier to spray off and dry out after use as well.

I had one and got rid of it pretty quickly. The fin is comically undersized and paddling (especially with the joke of a paddle it comes with) is an exercise in futility if you're a normal sized adult, the tracking is terrible. If you go this route, be sure to have a better paddle and use it only on still lakes, nowhere near any sort of current.
