If you play 3, do the jet pack DLC missions as soon as possible, cuts down on wasted travel time by like 90%. The world is huge and the fast travel system kinda sucks so the jet pack is the way to do.
(see note below) P.S. How is this "complete" if it doesn't include 1????
EDIT: The deal's details leave out 1 (IMO) however another user pointed out Humble's page does indeed include 1 in the package.
