Always exciting to see cheap quality tool deals. That said, I hear ryobi makes stinkers sometimes, like yesterday with the circ saw using unusually small/exotic blade sizes and the jigsaw just not being well designed or able to cut well.
I have their drill/impact, and stick vacuum so happy to expand tools in the same line.

What's the verdict on these?

I have three Ryobi cordless sanders. Orbital and detail are good but I would have gone with a corded belt sander since it eats batteries every three minutes.

For what it's worth I've also heard a lot of good things about the Palm outer. It's been on my watchlist for some time, but I haven't had a need to justify spending yet.
