The Amazon Basics 6-sheet shredder I have can barely do one sheet at a time if the paper is thicker than tissue or newsprint; multiple pages just jam it up and require a game of "Operation" to pick up the bits that are jamming it. This one might be newer or different, but in any case next time I buy a shredder I'm gonna pay a bit more for one that saves me time.

I've had a bad shredder or 2 in my day, but this one has excellent reviews, 4.6 of 5 stars average and 79% giving it 5 stars with 370+ ratings posted. I have a larger Amazon Basics model purchased 10 months ago and it's been great with daily use.

In for one just for the peace of mind. Less than $20 shipped is worth a shot.

I really like the shredder I bought from Sam's Club. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made. It even has a fan to cool the motor. It costs $70 now but it may go on sale from time to time.

Basic rule. If it's on Woot, it went unsold on Amazon and they had to dump it here. Avoid woot deals.

Sorry but that's flawed logic. I've bought MANY things on Woot that were top quality name brands at an amazing price. To name a few from recent orders:

Dove Chocolate
Irish Spring Soap
Community Coffee
Neutrogena Hand Creme
OxiClean Stain Remover
TP-Link USB WiFi adapter
Swanson Canned Chicken
Logitech Keyboard / Mouse Set
Eddie Bauer Blanket
Bounty Napkins
Amazon Basics Shredder
Old Timer Pocket Knife

You may have your "Basic Rules" but don't assume that they apply to the rest of us. I'm extremely happy with my Woot experience and deals.

You bought many low quality goods on Woot that went unsold on Amazon. Congrats. Not as something I'd brag about, but you do you. 👏

More obviously flawed logic. You've now forfeited the right to have this conversation. I'm out.
