EDIT: Looks like the person that responded to me today did get things moving. Seeing a refund from zagg finally. Seriously though, they should have figured things out sooner than making me wait 3 weeks for a shipment that wasn't coming. (never had tracking info and didn't know where it was in shipping, as I paid with paypal and didn't create an account.)
