Anyone bought one of these and can provide some feedback on it? Are the safety bars/hooks included?

Is this thing any good? Is it good for pull-ups? Can I get a dip bar?

How does this compare to the fitness reality cage for $299? Anyone use a cage in a upstairs room?

It's very nice for the price but it doesn't have the safety bars or straps. The PRISP Safety Bars with J-Hooks - Compatible with 2.5 x 2.5 Inch Cages do fit it perfectly.

Bought it recently, FREAKING love it with the cable attachment. Perfect home gym item. If it had an additional top cable for crossovers it would be hands down the best item to add. Having a lot of fun with it. My wife didnt know what to expect and she's impressed. Highly recommend. it said shipping was free on the deal I got but had to pay $50 freight.

No safety bars. Customer service claims it was discontinued.

Thanks OP.

Already have a cage setup, but want to set up a "structure" for a 150 lb muay thai bag to hang from

What accessories should I get with this? I have a 6' bar. Is that going to be ok, or do I need to grab a 7'? I hope it's more stable than the two wobbly stands I'm using now.

I have this when it was Hulkfit. It comes with safety straps despite the image of safety bars. The grips for pull-ups have narrow diameter. It's like grabbing the middle of pool stick, not very comfortable. The whole rig is very light. I bought weight plate attachment arms to help steady it. For $100 it's perfect for a casual lifter. Again, not a lot to complain about at the price.

What's the difference between that and this: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Balanc.../162777833
Same model number and both sold by walmart, I'm confused. The one I linked is also $60 cheaper

Lat pull downs....... Joking aside, if you get different handles like the rope handles, you could do tricep pulls, standing an crunches with those, and probably a handful of other exercises

This will be a terrible idea. You will have no room to work the bag and the cage will move all around unless it is weighted down.

Looks like you linked the same item, but did not factor in the lat pulldown cable attachment mentioned in the thread title, which costs $58 ($40 cheaper than a few weeks ago).
