Hate these designs. Powerblock is so much more versatile and allows you to hold closer to your body which is essential for good exercise

I got these with the last sale, I think I got two different variants as one shifts easy and one shifts much more firm. The more concerning part is one of the plates was miscast which made it engage when it wasn't supposed to and then fall out a short time after. Woot customer service was great and I am getting a replacement and shipping the other one back so hopefully it works easier.

I do like the design so far and in my opinion is easier and faster to use than the powerblock EXP (that was on woot earlier this week) since you have to take extra time loading the 2.5 weights for the 5lb changes. However, I think longevity will probably favor the powerblocks.

I have had two 5-25 lbs and two 5-50 lbs. I never had a disc slip or have any adverse issues so far. Highly recommend CAP dumbbells
