just not close to a "slick" deal

generic solution 3 pack of 16oz (more than 100% more) can be had every day at Sam's Club or Costco for a similar price

Not that I don't agree with the "slickness" of this deal...but you should ask your optometrist about the difference in all the contact solutions on the market. Some people's eyes do better with say Bio True vs Opti Free or Renu. My eyes strain after about 12 hours when using Opti Free, but seem to last longer with Bio True.
They also dry out waaaay faster when I use Equate (Wal-mart).
However I do agree, Costco, especially when they have the manufacturer's rebates are the best time to stock up on contact solution.

I hear you and that's why it makes sense to wait for the Walgreens brand name deals (or Costco as you mentioned). $10 for 20 ounces of solution is just not a deal in my opinion...
