I have had this exact model for about 6 months and am very happy with it. I got it from their eBay store as refurbished and it came looking brand new. Love the self-emptying dock! It also washes the mop, and you can have it go back to the dock to wash the mop either between rooms or every so many minutes. I've got two long-haired dogs and it does a good job handling their fur. I do have to clean the roller brush every other use or so because hair gets wrapped around the axle, but it is super easy to do - just pop the ends off, pull the hair away, and pop them back on.

A little older model with some lower suction, but the flexi arm mop and hot water mop washing is great at this price! I got a low end QRevo refurb last year from eBay for around 300 and it's been great. This is tempting as an upgrade at this price.

Bought this same model about 8 months ago for the same price from the EBay store. I absolutely love it. We use it every other day and it's a workhorse. All I need to do is dump and refill water. My new hardwood floors look spotless. Roborock really rocks.
