It's unclear to me. Who puts on a t-shirt in the sauna? Isn't it unsanitary?
You don't wear it in the sauna. It's mainly for when you are working out. It helps you sweat in the hopes of melting off some fat. Then you drink some water and blow up. LOL
Ideally these are only for last-minute cutting for things like bodybuilding comps, wrestling, boxing, etc (where ounces count). IMO not an everyday, long-term item unless you want dehydration, kidney problems, and who knows what else.
I kind of can't believe these are still around, but that's just my Dadtake on things.

Yup works very well, I usually get the lemon or lavender scented trash bags, put it on and head to the gym. keeps me smelling fresh.
First time hearing a husband complain about wife setting the ac too low. Usually it's the other way around.
