Love giving new stuff a go. I've been a sucker for the Propel packets (cherry is the best). Blue razz and cherry pom sound like fun flavors.

I thought I had found a good cheaper liquid IV alternative, but this is not that. This is probably the equivalent of Gatorade or similar sports drink electrolyte thing.
Liquid IV has higher and a well tested balance of electrolytes that promotes fastest hydration when dehydrated. I've taken it when going on hikes or hot days when I'm going to be in the sun (think like amusement park all day) & it's helped me noticeably more than Gatorade/water/soda etc. Still trying to find a lower cost alternative because ~$1/pack of liquid IV is such a rip.. lmk if anyone knows of a decent liquid IV replacement

I'll give it a try but need to read reviews first.

What's a fair comparison?

Why is this not that? Its 3x more electrolytes than Gatorade, dont just word spew back up what you are hating on with facts. Seems like its just your opinion.

I've been using this brands tub of electrolyte powder for years now. It needs a dash of good salt with the scoop but otherwise good stuff. No offensive flavors and uses Stevia instead of worse alternatives. MUCH cheaper too.

I was just in CVS and they're selling a box of 6 for about $4 per pack ($24 for the box). I couldn't believe it. You're right that they're very good but overpriced even seeing $1/pack.
