I believe that may be necessary to qualify for the $30 Amazon credit, has to bill/ship before the promo expires.

Whenever I do S&S, it wants to check me out for that one item and that item alone. How do I add two items to a single S&S order?

Edit: Never mind. All I need to do was back out of completing the subscription, go to the other item and start S&S for it, back out of that process and then go to my cart. It was there just as your checkout image show, albeit higher tax for Colorado.

Just FYI for anyone with a Business Account. I could never figure out how to combine 2 subscriptions on one checkout. I used my dad's personal account and had no trouble.

On the checkout page, look in the lower left by the product line item, make sure the S&S box is checked. Sometimes it disengages and you have to manually check it again, then all the discounts will reflect properly.

30% clip Q on Purina is brand specific, wouldn't affect the Victor deal.

Note that this is a beef-based dog food. Transition very gradually if you're currently feeding a chicken-based dog food. It's also a very rich, high-calorie variety that's probably best for puppies and highly active dogs.
