What are you upgrading from? I personally love my pair. Went from an ancient pair of galaxy buds+ to these and they're amazing. ANC is amazing and volume control on the stem is actually pretty useful for me. I use these daily at the gym and on my commute. Also were very clutch for me on my recent flight since the ANC blocks out everything. I prefer silicone tips so that's also a plus.

IMO, having used the Pro and Pro 2 extensively, I upgraded. For me and my wife. Noise cancellation is so worth it, so much better. And at the $199 price, buy new only from a reputable seller. No need for refurbished. (Have been reading a lot of forum posts to say this)

There is a real problem with refurbished/open box/used airpods, which is they come locked from previous users account. This means they can track you from their own Find My. Although the risk is probably somewhat low, I think it's creepy to have my device location on someone else's account. I just returned my amazon warehouse purchase of the pro 3's from Xmas because of this issue.

I got pro 3's for Christmas, I was nervous about the in ear style but I absolutely love them. They fit great.

Bought some last time and so far they are not as comfortable as pros 2. The ANC improvements are very noticeable though.

I just got a pair yesterday, upgraded from pro 2. We turn the heater up when we wake. The heater is pretty loud and about 10 feet from me in the living room. I put my AirPods this morning and got a good scare. I thought the heater stopped running (I'm in Delaware and it's going to be COLD and snowy). I took one AirPod out and realized the heater was still going. That alone convinced me the Noise cancellation is a significant upgrade.
