Just got this in my last S&S shipment and instead of a plastic-wrapped box with 12 cans, I got 12 cans. 12 individual cans. Not to mention half my S&S was missing and had to deal with Amazon to get a refund on missing items. I'm sure they thought I was lying as how could someone screw up an order so bad!
Expiration on the tuna, btw, was NOV 2028.

I waa always having trouble resulting from UPS. Thankfully we have an Amazon warehouse nearby now and get Amazon deliveries. Boxes were frequently delivered busted open and the UPS delivery driver would always try to position the box so their delivery pic would downplay the extent of the damage...busted bottles leaking out onto everything. A couple times the large box received would contain little from my order and mostly contain items I didn't order. UPS was apparently dropping pallets of boxes which woukd bust open and then just throwing spilled contents back into boxes and retaping. I feel you. I felt the same way when calling them. This usually happened with my monthly S&S shipment which contained many small orders they had to go through.

They stole so much stuff from me, it's unreal. I would say 95% of my orders get delivered by Amazon, in which case it depends on the packer in the warehouse. Lots of smashed cookies and chips, but that's what chat is for.

Same here, although each time CS would make good after I backed it up with photos.

$1 a can or less is always a decent price for this kind of tuna

Albacore tuna contains about 3 times as much mercury per ounce as skipjack tuna. If you're going to be eating tuna regularly (more than once a week), skipjack tuna (sometimes called chunk light tuna) is a safer choice.
