Note: These headphones were professionally refurbished by the experts at Bose and are in pristine condition. They will arrive in a new white box that still works perfectly for gifting, but NOT the original retail packaging. All original Bose accessories are included and the headphones come with a 1 Year Bose Manufacturer Warranty.

These Bose QuietComfort refurbs are mainly praised for strong noise cancelling, light comfort, and a more balanced sound than older Bose models. The physical buttons, deep ear cups, and app EQ add to the appeal for music, podcasts, desk use, and long flights. The main cautions are that the ANC is not as strong as the Ultra version or some Sony rivals, and the model can be confused with the Ultra. There are also concerns about missing accessories and whether the advertised Bose warranty is actually honored through Woot, making this a solid midrange ANC option with some buyer diligence needed.
The newer Bose QC model can sound more balanced out of the box than earlier versions.
The headphones feel extremely light for all-day desk wear and can fit big heads and ears comfortably.
The sound quality can work well for music listening, with a slightly bass-forward tuning for enjoyment.
The ANC performance can be very strong for everyday listening, and it is described as among the best in the industry.
The deal can be misleading if the listing is actually the non-Ultra QuietComfort model instead of the Ultra version.
The ANC cannot be fully turned off, and it forces a choice between ANC and transparent mode.
Phone conversations can suffer because the headphones pick up surrounding noise during calls.
Warranty coverage can be problematic when buying from Woot, since Bose reportedly refused to honor the advertised 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Looks like there is only one more left though:

The headset arrived with both ear cushions damaged. When I contacted Bose, they refused to honor the warranty and claimed Woot is not an authorized seller, so they do not back any warranty advertised there.
This raises a serious concern:
If Woot advertises a 1-year manufacturer warranty, but Bose refuses to recognize it, what warranty does the buyer actually have?
Has anyone else experienced this with Bose products from Woot?
Is Woot considered an authorized Bose seller for refurbished items?
Trying to understand whether this is a warranty gap or potential misrepresentation.
