That reviewer measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg. Pants are normally measured from the inseam, so from the bottom of the crotch to the bottom of the leg. According to the description, the inseam on a medium is 29", which sounds about right if the overall length is 40".

Large is a 32.7 inch waist. That don't look right, but all the Vine reviews say they fit great!

I got the athletic sweats from the slick deal a day or 2 ago, same brand. They were see through. Wife could tell what color was underneath. Not sure about these, but night clothes seem appropriate but not to wear out unless that's how you roll.

tried these a while ago... at 5-11, the large were pretty much skin tight... and the XLarge still showed off way too much of 'the package' as the inseam didn't change much between sizes... I wouldn't even keep them for pj's...

5 11 but what weight, and type of body ie. slim, x-shape, pear shape, bulge?

5-11 185 not hung like a horse, but not hung like a horsefly... normally wear large pants.
also, not a skinny jeans type person. and these felt like what I can only imagine those tights that women wear that show their camel toe...
so if you're a dude who likes to share his camel toe, these are just right for you.
