According to the package, these are 2*2000 mAh. From my 4 years experience of using rechargeable hand warmers, in the lowest setting, it should last you just about 3 hours. Size is definitely good. I honestly don't need another one of these, but I just used the code for the blue flowers because they're real pretty. Thanks OP.

I've used this version over the last two days for more than six hours total at low setting and it still has battery life left.
