I bought one of these a few months ago and love it. It does a great job with the prints and it's a quick and easy setup. For this price its a no brainer really (I think I got mine a little cheaper, around $240)

I got this from Aliexpress for ~$230 and it's a great printer. I have over 1500 hours on it and so far there have been no issues with PETG/ PLA/ Silk and TPU prints. It's on a somewhat smaller side and I wish the print bed was a bit larger, but at this price there's really nothing close to it. I suggest picking up a camera and lightbar which are sold separately and provide a big improvement in monitoring print jobs.

I have this printer and it works great - my only complaint is that the connection can really suck and I have to power cycle several times for it to connect to Wifi or even Ethernet.

Just a thing to note, yesterday Flashforge's upcoming tool changer printers leaked on the Wiki site (since removed) - they will be more expensive than this but still keep it in mind.

I have two of these and love them, zero issues and around 1,000 printing hours on each so far.

Decent printer, but I think this sale is to get some customers before the Centauri Carbon 2 launches on Monday (though I don't think the Carbon 2 will be this cheap.)

The CC2 will be $449 at Microcenter and likely a bit cheaper from Elegoo

The print quality is not very smooth when I enable support. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any recommendations on how to fix this?

Thanks - feels like it's a great time to be into 3d printing and it's finally not just a tinkerer's hobby. Bambu printers are probably still the easiest to use, but the this Flashforge and similar Elegoo and even Ender are "open the box, tighten some screws and click print" now. The days of glue sticks, hairspray and printing parts to make your printer work are over, and all the different brands have got multi color printing capabilities even on their cheaper printers.

This was my daughter holiday present. She's printed a million things now. I'm sure we're easily at 500 hrs since early December.

The enclosure you have to print for it sucks, but I used thermal duct taping and it works.

We've only had a few problems with adhesive on the plate, but when we did it jammed all the way up.

89/100 would buy again in a heart beat

I've been looking to buy the Bambu P1S for my daughter, but that price tag is a tough pill to swallow. Is it difficult to find things to print for this printer? I read that Bambu makes it easy by phone/tablet app to send prints to the printer. Do other printers like this one have 3rd party sites they connect to?

I was reading through the comments and am very thankful for everyone input at this. I've never owned a 3D printer, would this be a good entry level one for me and my son to try it out?

4 weeks ago I had never touched a 3d printer. Picked up a very nice used ender 3v2 for $70 with a 1k spool of PLA on marketplace though to try it out. I'd suggest the same if your not sure this is something you want to commit to. It's been an experience learning CAD again to design my own parts/projects.

This is a good printer. That being said, if you don't need it now, it will likely go on sale for cheaper on AliExpress within a couple weeks and significantly so whenever they bring back the 20% coupons.
