If you don't have a Microcenter near you, it's the same price, shipped, on the GMKTek site [gmktec.com]. Unfortunately, it doesn't say where it ships from, but it does say no tax and no import fees, FWIW.

RAM is soldered so can't be upgraded.

This one occupies a strange place, IMO. If you want to do AI/LLM stuff then paying more for the 128GB version is a better idea. This might scratch the itch for a tiny gaming box that can play well at 1440p, but if that's your goal then the AI Max 388+ that was recently announced is worth waiting for since it should perform just as well in games but have fewer CPU cores and a lower price.
Barring that, I'd maybe opt for a Framework ITX board with the AI 385 chip and 32GB for under $850. Sure, it has 32 GPU CUs vs 40 on the 395, but it's got pretty reasonable performance for half the price.
