Single top port can go up to 100w, if its the only one being used. pretty standard with multi port chargers.

Why not the UGREEN Nexode 100watt charger on the same page. $.25 more GAN II, smaller, better rating 82% #1 vs 77% #1. I'd rather have 3 USB C.
I have the Baseus one and it is very nice but one less C port.

The Mophie Speedport 120W is still available as Open box item from Zagg for $19.93. Think it's a much better bargain compared to the Amazon Basics ones even if new. It's still a GaN charger with 4 ports, but it's not a wall charger and has a separate power cord for the wall.
The original deal post was for the Travel Kit version that comes with USB cables and there was also a coupon discount (-20% = $16) that's no longer available. Just find the Outlet section and click on Open Box items.
