I don't think this one supports Matter. If you want one that supports Matter it is also on sale for $20 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CVN3CNCD though there is no 25% cashback (only the standard 5%)

I've had some $2 smart plugs just under a standard outdoor outlet cover left partially open (because the plug plus wire are too big) for like 4 years now. Right on the side of the house no awning or roof over them.

Agreed most solid performing WiFi plug I have bought, like the double plug better. However, unrelated but FYI - Wemo is the worst and now no support.
