I had the simpson without wheels absolutely wonderful.
Got the Hart(Walmart) version with wheels [walmart.com](looks just like this RYOBI) On clearance for $27.50.

Works Great on LARGER areas.

If you have lots of smaller areas/or mostly walkways/up against walls/raised curbs the one without wheels was easier to get in to the corners and edges.

When App shows 1 available, does it really mean it's available? I went to 2 stores like this and both said they are probably sold out and I didn't see anything in clearance section. Any one has experience with this?
