If you have a Tab S11 then this is obviously great. I was using a cover for the S9, but had to bore out the camera hole - pretty jank. Doesn't have room for the pen on the inside spine, however.

Looks like this one has room for the pen in the spine (?) Just read some reviews though and sounds like this case isn't worth the money, even at this price.

S10+ covers please? I'm guessing the S11 isn't selling like they want and they overproduced cases for it.

I had some rewards points from buying a Fold7 and combined some other deals and picked up an S11 this weekend. I was quite disappointed to find they removed the rear pen magnet spot. The S11 really doesn't offer much over the older ones.

The magnet spot was removed because it's no longer needed. Samsung has gone to a "dumb" stylus with none of the Bluetooth capabilities of the previous generations.

I came from the FE tablets which didn't even have Bluetooth pens. The rear magnet spot was very useful for those pens, why wouldn't it be? Especially with the book cover that goes over the pen to keep it secure.

Everyone in the know is avoiding the S11 generation in favor of past models because Samsung in their infinite wisdom has gutted the stylus features.

I just took delivery of a 512 GB S10+ and a keyboard slim book cover bundle that I saw Samsung is/was offering in their Shop Samsung app at a ridiculous discount. No regrets. The S10 line is the last of the *real* Galaxy Tab S tablets.

This is obviously the year Samsung has decided to start cutting corners and features in order to maximize costs. The Galaxy Tab S11 styluses are just dumb plastic sticks. Replacements won't even cost you ten bucks on Amazon.

Yeah it's unfortunate the gap between the FE and the normal model is smaller. But the pen on the FE series is basically the same.
Honestly not sure what the Bluetooth in the pen is even for. On the phones it was a remote shutter, but what is even the use on a tablet?
I like not having to charge it ever.

Small nitpick: the pens still have electronics in them, they're not just plastic. It's the same old Wacom technology that's been around forever.

Thanks for clarifying on the Wacom technology. I was being grumpy and exaggerating to maximize my complaining.

The Bluetooth capability enabled some neat things like some air gestures that are very handy for some people.

At least I'm set for a few years. I took delivery of a 512GB S10+ and keyboard slim bundle that Samsung was offering at a serious discount exclusively in their Shop Samsung app. It's a perfect match to my 1TB S24 Ultra. It, too, was the last to come with the Bluetooth S Pen. Now I just need to figure out how to make these two last forever. 🙂

If you use the Samsung app you should be offered a brand new 512 GB Galaxy Tab S10+ for about $680 if you bundle it with the slim keyboard. Some discounts don't appear until the very end of the checkout process. Couple that with 24 month zero interest financing, it's compelling.
