I'm a fan of Adidas socks, typically Trefoil, but I normally pull the trigger at $12. Amazon, Adidas directly with code or eBay. May be worth it to review those sources if you're a fan.

In my opinion, yes. Honestly, some of the Nike socks are thin and not durable. As of the last 2 or three years, I believe I have around 30+ Trefoil. I'm not even certain why. Considering I'm probably wearing the same six socks since they get stuffed in the drawer. My buddy felt his Nike socks versus mine and even noticed the difference. Not the 3.0 listed here as I've been happy with Trefoil.
