Generally I wouldn't recommend anything below 60hz, and going 90-120hz(or more) increases the smoothness of movement.
That said, this is 30hz at 4k, but 75hz at 1440p, and 144hz at 1080p. If you're not using a 4k monitor, this will likely work fine.
