Seems decent with the current state of memory prices. Just sucks that you are limited to 2 RAM slots and cant add another 16GB kit later if prices get back to normal.

To be fair, if ram prices go back to normal a 32Gb kit was like $100, probably not seeing those prices again for years if ever

Yes for server boards(rackboards). For regular consumer products, extremely rare and something you will almost never see on major brands.
