Nice backpack. I've owned one in black for going on 5 years now. The water bottle holder is a bit stretched out, the fake leather on the handle has rubbed off, and I managed to pull one of the chest straps off (and can't manage to get it back on). But otherwise, I've put it though a lot of abuse and it's held up pretty well. I carry this to work every day, and frequently fly with it too. Fits under the seats fine when 100% full. Protected my laptops just fine.
