My favorite is "sweetened from plants" on the bottle. Like where do you think sugar comes from?

Avoid sucralose if you can...your gut microbiome will thank you.

Why can't they just make ketchup that's not sweet? The best one I've found is the primal kitchen brand but it's like $8 for a small container of it.

"Sweetness from plants" labeling make you think it comes from the tomato itself, not sucralose. Terribly deceptive marketing. And corn syrup comes from plants too, so...

Lakanto has a decent one in my opinion. But pretty pricey.

Don't listen to these people that don't know anything, do your own research, this one has stevia for sweetener not sucrose.

yeah why food companies work against us and not with us shakes my head.

no sugar i expect to less sweet, not that its replaced with something nonsugar. dried cranberries were the first ones in my book that was manupulative bt oceanspray to me, 6 yrs ago. i actually was willing to accept ther inherent tartness but they 'saved me' by no sugar adde d but they did add sucralose.

Avoid sucralose if you can...your gut microbiome will thank you.
While there is come evidence that sucralose consumption changes the gut microbiome in animals, for human's evidence is inconsistent. Additionally, there's not a single shred of evidence to suggest that those changes are negative at all.

Can you explain why "your gut microbiome will thank you" - always interesting to understand the reasoning behind someone hearing a study online yet not actually reading or or understanding it, then changing their life based on that misinterpretation.
