250w is pretty weak for a ebike and you need to pedal a lot when uphill. 350w is bare minimum in my mind.

Cheapest ebike I've seen. Probably not great, but having pedals is somewhat important, depending on who you ask. A scooter is lighter and smaller, but I don't care for them. Still, a good deal if you're looking for a small ebike.
