From one of the reviews: "The massage feature isn't much to write home about, but that feature wasn't important to me. If you want a chair with an excellent massage feature, this is not it. Also, if you are taller than about 5'8", this chair is not for you. Your head will hang over the top of the chair back when you recline. If you are under 5'8", the chair back will support your neck perfectly. Also the chair width is narrow, so if you weigh more than about 175lbs, the fit would be tight"
