why are Sam's, Costco, and Amazon all charging $30 more for Business version this year? I got it for $115-$120 for last several years

Don't know if it's just me, but I ordered it two days ago and just received an email that "We're confirming you canceled your order" when I did no such thing....

I think it's supposed to come off automatically on the payment screen. The product page lists www.turbotax.com/support for technical support.
