For all Ultra Mobile Service plans, the Recovery Fee is calculated as a flat, per-transaction fee of $1.00 per month of Service. For all other Service-related purchases, the Recovery Fee is calculated as a flat, per-transaction fee of $0.50 for Service Charges of $10.00 or less, and $1.00 for Service Charges of $10.01 or more.
