I hear that this Peerless Assassin is a killer in these CPU cooler streets, you've been warned, lol 😅.

I've got this which is very similar to the one posted albeit the aesthetics are slightly different. It performs incredibly well.

Good cooler, but Thermalright has had better budget options now for several years. Two years ago I built my main rig with the Phantom Spirit EVO. Phantom Spirit is in this range and I think they've had a few better options if you check review channels.

I run a cheap ID cooling push pull setup that was only $15. I run the fans at max 40% on an overclocked 5500 and it runs super cool...I think any cheap compact push pull will be fine for almost anyone

Recently purchased the v3 of the SE for a few dollars more and the similar Phantom Spirt in Black for ~$40. Both have good build quality and are nearly identical to the items listed above.

The Thermalright Peerless Assassin and Phantom Spirt 120 SEs are some of the best value Air based CPU coolers on the market at this price point.

The next meaningful step up for those attempting a significant overclock of a high core count CPU @ ~250W+ TDP will need to jump to a $100+ 240mm+ water cooler or a Noctua D15.

Bait deal knocking off $2 to rid of extra stock. Don't fall for this b.s. It will be $19 in a month.

I purchased this after my Corsair H100i failed after our move. Ironically, the colling performance is better on this air cooler compared to my H100i.
H100i had the pump running full speed and fans were quite noisy. Its been runing for 2 years now and zero issues to report.
